What exactly am I purchasing?
You're purchasing digital kits, templates, and resources designed to help you start, organize, and grow a business, personal brand, or side hustle. These are downloadable files in formats such as PDF, PNG, or DOCX — depending on the product.
You are not purchasing a physical product or service. All items are delivered digitally.
How will I receive my product?
Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive a direct download link on the confirmation page and via email. If you don’t receive the link within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Are these products refundable?
Because all of our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact support and we’ll make sure you receive everything properly.
Can I use these kits for my clients or resell them?
No. All products are for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial licensing (including sharing within teams or clients) is strictly prohibited unless you've purchased a commercial use license or reseller agreement from us.
What if I need help using the product?
Each kit comes with simple instructions, and most include short guidance prompts to walk you through using them. If you have questions or need clarification, email kithaus@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
Do these kits guarantee results?
No. These kits are tools designed to help you plan, organize, and execute more effectively — but your results will depend on your own effort, execution, and market conditions. We make no income guarantees or claims.
Can I request a custom kit?
We’re always working on new resources. While we don’t currently offer fully custom kits, we welcome suggestions. Reach out through the contact form to request future topics or categories.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal. Your email is only used to deliver your product or communicate about your purchase.
I have a problem with my order — what do I do?
